GTA Four.com - Grand Theft Auto 4

While staring at a few of the screen shots at GTA4.com, the official GTA4 website, I stumbled across a screen shot which was taken in front of a coffee shop called "Bean Machine Coffee" and decided to enter it into my URL bar. Sure enough, it appears that we have stumbled across another yet-to-be released GTA 4 teaser site, www.beanmachinecoffee.comHere is a brief summary of the evidence:In the following screen shot you can see a sign which reads "Bean Machine Coffee"While there is no URL listed in the site, a quick visit to http://beanmachinecoffee.com/ reveals a place holder site which says that a site is coming.

Rumours have been flying around for awhile now stating that GTA4 will be released on April 25th, 2008 in the UK and Europe. Many game retailers are quoting this date when pre-ordering, and although I recently emailed Rockstar and enquired, they said they don't have any information on the release date just yet.This morning I received an email from supremesix telling me he worked in a game shop and they had received a release list stating this would be the launch date. Of course I was quite skeptical, however he has since emailed me a scan of the release list, and sure enough, there it is right near the bottom. Grand Theft Auto 4 - Take2 - 25-Apr-08.

On Sunday, we reported that Cynamite.de, a German gaming website had announced that a spokesman from Take Two had stated that a fourth trailer would be released prior to GTAIV's release, however it appears today that Cynamite.de has taken down the article that announced the fourth trailer.GTA fans have already decided what the withdrawal of the article means. Some believe that this proves the article is true, while others think that the website simply made up the article to drive traffic to its site. Our source, CVG attempted to contact Take Two regarding the rumors surrounding the release of the fourth trailer, but the only response they got was a spokesperson who reaffirmed that the sequel will be out in the company's financial Q2.

Jesse Divnich, video game sales analyst for the simExchange, has predicted that Grand Theft Auto IV will sell approximately 17 million units when it launches later this year.This figure eclipses the expected sales of other blockbuster titles such as Super Smash Mario Bros. Rockstar Games announced today that its three main GTA titles from the previous generation are now available through Steam, a service used to digitally distribute games without the need for CDs or DVDs. Grand Theft Auto 3, GTA: Vice City and GTA: San Andreas are now available for download in the "Grand Theft Auto Collection," priced at $43.45. This bundle also includes GTA1 and 2, which have previously been freely available from the Rockstar Classics website.Additionally, Rockstar has also released a larger pack called the "Rockstar Collection," which is priced at $69.95. This pack includes the games mentioned above plus Max Payne 1 and 2, Manhunt and Midnight Club 2. If you buy before January 11th you'll get a 10% discount, so get grabbin'!

Rockstar's given us even more new screenshots! Although from the look of a few, they might from a earlier build of the game.

The folks over at GameVideos.com have produced a nine minute analysis of the third GTAIV trailer, which was released yesterday. In the video they go over each scene and examine specific features of the environment which are of particular interest, some of which you probably already noticed, but others you almost certainly didn't. It's something well worth watching, even if you're not an avid GTA fan like ourselves.Thanks to deejay for posting this in our forums.
